Honest, upfront, and a true professional are the words I use to describe Sean with Coastal Mold Services. Sean was able to look at my HVAC unit/duct work and knew right away I didn’t need a test. He knew mold was present and I needed a major cleaning. Well, he was right! I have the photos to prove it. He took the time to answer all our questions and is genuine in wanting to provide great service and help his clients. I was extremely concerned because I became mold sick due to my place of work being water damaged. I needed to make sure my home was safe. He looked all around our home, checked moisture levels, and did air and swab testing. We got a report back on the home very quickly and he was helpful with all my follow-up questions as well. Sean’s pricing is very fair and worth it.

Sean from Coastal Mold Services came out and did an inspection on a leaky sunroom for our family. From when we first spoke with him on the phone, we could tell he was an expert in the field and was going to be responsive and helpful. When he arrived, he found the source of the mold and water intrusion within a couple of minutes and gave us a plan on how to mitigate it moving forward. His responsiveness, expert knowledge, and pricing is more than reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone with mold issues in this area.
